Don't go to Roadmasters Good Year in Lafayette. Worst service ever. Installed an alternator in my BMW. Tightened the belt to tight. Ruined the bearings in the alternator, wouldn't admit to any of it. Were jerks about. I ended up buying another. I'll never go back to this sleazy business.
I showed them the problem, showed them the install issue, would have even discussed it with them, but the service manager wouldn't even hear about it. Said his repair tech was good and never would have made a mistake like this. They'll take your money but if there's a problem won't stand by their service.
